Create a powerhouse core in this class designed for students age 13-18. You will strengthen your entire core using Pilates techniques, weights, bands and more!

We will increase mobility and stability to prevent injury and improve athletic performance.

Tuesdays and Thursdays, 4-5pm, April 7-May 20. Drop-in anytime for $15 each.
