Student Drop-in Core Class (13-18 yr)

Create a powerhouse core in this class designed for students age 13-18. You will strengthen your entire core, including abs, back, glutes, and chest using Pilates techniques, weights, bands and more!

We will increase mobility and stability to prevent injury and improve athletic performance.

Tuesdays and Thursdays from April 7-May 20. Drop-in anytime for $15 each.
