In this 4-week workshop, we will first focus on learning the Ashtanga sequence to gain an understanding of where the asana practice might lead you. Then, we will incorporate what it is like to memorize the sequence to begin your own personal practice known as Ashtanga Mysore.
Drop in for a session or register for all 4 and start your journey towards your highest potential!

Grab a large towel and water and join us on a hike through Grand Mere State Park. We’ll enjoy the views and the embrace the elements. At the beach we’ll pause for a slow yoga flow and a dip in the lake if you’d like!
