Student Core Class

Create a powerhouse core in this class designed for teens, 13-18 years. You will strengthen your entire core using Pilates techniques, weights, bands and more!

We will increase mobility and stability to prevent injury and improve athletic performance.

Tuesdays and Thursdays from April 7-May 21
