PHIIT @ Silver Beach (Chelsey)

Pilates meets High Intensity Interval Training! This class is a full body workout with an extra focus on the core muscles and cardiovascular system. Everyone is welcome as the exercises are scalable for any fitness level.

Please bring a large towel and water and meet at the south end of Silver Beach near the kayak and paddle board rentals.
