Ashtanga Workshop (Denise)

A yoga like you've never experienced! Challenging, physically demanding, a bit gymnastic and oh so meditative and personal.

In this 4-week workshop, we will first focus on learning the Ashtanga sequence to gain an understanding of where the asana practice might lead you. Then, we will incorporate what it is like to memorize the sequence to begin your own personal practice known as Ashtanga Mysore.
