Intro to Ashtanga (Denise)

A yoga like you’ve never experienced; challenging, physically demanding, a bit

gymnastic but oh so meditative and personal. Strength, Flexibility, Balance, Health,

Meditation. Eventually you memorize a set sequence of postures linked by

synchronized breath, now commonly used in vinyasa. It all can become addictive. The

practice is Yoga Chikitsa or yoga for healing of body and mind, and overall wellbeing

and health. Come reach your highest overall potential.
