Strength circuits (Chelsey)

This class takes a HIIT approach to strength training, using weight- or equipment-based exercise circuits to challenge the total body. We’ll also incorporate bursts of cardio to elevate the heart rate. Class begins with a warm up and ends with an extended stretch to cool down. All levels welcome!
