Beginner Mat Pilates (Sue)

In this beginner mat Pilates class, you will learn what Pilates is all about. we will perform Basic pilates exercises focusing on the mind/body connection, learn how to incorporate your breath and utlize small equipment to challenge every level of fitness. this class is low-impact and slow paced which makes it a great place to start your fitness journey!
